سياسة الخصوصية

«حال» تطبيقٌ إسلامي يرافقك في يومك: مواقيت الصلاة، والمصحف، والأذكار، والسُّنن، وقيام الليل. نحترم خصوصيتك، وهذه السياسة تشرح بوضوح ما يحدث لبياناتك.

باختصار

ما يُحفظ على جهازك فقط

اسمك إن كتبته، وإجاباتك الاختيارية عن حالتك الأسرية (لاختيار التذكيرات المناسبة)، وأهدافك اليومية وتقدّمك، والسُّنن التي التزمت بها، ومرجعياتك وخواطرك المكتوبة والصوتية، وإعداداتك، وآخر موقع ومدينة. تُخزَّن هذه البيانات داخل التطبيق على جهازك، ولا تُرفع إلينا، وتُحذف عند حذف التطبيق.

الموقع

إذا سمحت بذلك، يُستخدم موقعك على جهازك لحساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة. ولعرض اسم مدينتك تُحوِّل خدمةُ نظام التشغيل (Apple أو Google) الإحداثياتِ إلى اسم مكان، وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها. لا يُرسَل موقعك إلينا. ويمكنك إلغاء الإذن في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.

الميكروفون

يُستخدم الميكروفون فقط حين تسجّل خاطرة صوتية على آية، وتبقى التسجيلات على جهازك.

الإشعارات والمنبّه

تُجدوَل تذكيرات الأذان والأذكار والسُّنن ومنبّه قيام الليل محليًّا على جهازك، دون خادم إشعارات.

تحميل التلاوات وصفحات المصحف

يحمّل التطبيق ملفات التلاوة وصور صفحات المصاحف وخطوطها من خدمات عامة للمحتوى القرآني (cdn.islamic.network و everyayah.com و files.quran.app و static-cdn.tarteel.ai). لا تحتوي هذه الطلبات إلا على ما يلزم لجلب الملف، وكأي طلب على الإنترنت يرى الخادم عنوان IP الخاص بك. لا نُرسل معها أي بيانات شخصية.

تحديثات التطبيق

يستخدم التطبيق خدمة Shorebird لإيصال التحديثات الصغيرة. عند التحقق من وجود تحديث يُرسَل رقم إصدار التطبيق ونوع النظام ومعرّف عشوائي مجهول للتثبيت، دون أي معلومات تعرّف بك. راجع سياسة خصوصية Shorebird.

الأطفال

التطبيق مناسب لجميع الأعمار، ولا نجمع بيانات من أي مستخدم، بمن فيهم الأطفال.

إن أضفنا ميزة تغيّر طريقة التعامل مع البيانات فسنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخها قبل ذلك.

Hal (حال) is an Islamic companion app for your day: prayer times, the Mushaf, adhkar, sunnahs and night prayer. We respect your privacy, and this policy explains plainly what happens to your data.

In short

What is stored on your device only

Your name if you enter one, your optional answers about your family (used to choose suitable reminders), your daily goals and progress, the sunnahs you commit to, your bookmarks and written or voice reflections, your settings, and your last location and city. This data is stored inside the app on your device, is never uploaded to us, and is deleted when you delete the app.

Location

If you allow it, your location is used on your device to calculate prayer times and the Qibla direction. To show your city's name, your operating system's service (Apple or Google) turns the coordinates into a place name, under its own privacy policy. Your location is never sent to us. You can withdraw the permission at any time in your device's Settings.

Microphone

The microphone is used only when you record a voice reflection on an ayah, and recordings stay on your device.

Notifications and alarm

Adhan, adhkar and sunnah reminders and the night-prayer alarm are scheduled locally on your device, without a notification server.

Recitations and Mushaf downloads

The app downloads recitation audio, Mushaf page images and fonts from public Quran content services (cdn.islamic.network, everyayah.com, files.quran.app and static-cdn.tarteel.ai). These requests contain only what is needed to fetch the file; as with any web request, the server sees your IP address. No personal data is sent with them.

App updates

The app uses Shorebird to deliver small updates. When it checks for an update it sends the app version, the platform and a random, anonymous install identifier — nothing that identifies you. See Shorebird's privacy policy.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages, and we do not collect data from any user, including children.

Changes

If a new feature changes how data is handled, we will update this page and its date beforehand.
